Boater Safety Classes to be Hosted by Pier 33
FREE BOATER SAFETY CLASS, CHOOSE FROM TWO SESSIONS
Attend a Michigan Boater Safety Class this spring. You can choose from two different sessions presented by the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary and hosted by Pier 33.
These free one-day classes begins at 8 am and conclude at 5 pm (including scoring of the exam). Students will earn a Michigan Safe Boating Certificate upon completion of the course and will receive instruction throughout the day on Michigan boating rules and regulations, safe boating behaviors and essential on-water information that will help ensure a safe and enjoyable boating experience.
Pier 33 will provide a complimentary lunch for each session.
Walk-ins accepted, but Advance Registration is requested and seats are limited. There is no fee for the class. Class Dates (Choose One) are Saturday March 23 and Saturday April 13.
