Service Office Renovations are now underway at Pier 33.

Although the timing is a little awkward, we’re moving full steam ahead with a long-overdue modernization of our Service Office & Parts Department. Work is now underway to completely reconfigure the room, providing our staff with better ability to communicate with our boaters and render Service more quickly and efficiently.

All three Service Office staff will remain on site and reachable by phone, but there will be some days during the reno when the office itself may need to be closed while certain aspects of that process are underway. On those days, if our Door # 7 is closed, please stop up front to the main administrative office, entered through Door # 2 or # 3. We hope that those interruptions will be brief.

May 21:

The Service Office renovation is progressing nicely. We anticipate moving all staff, parts and accessories back into that area during the week of June 10. In the meantime, our operational hours remain the same, but our Service Staff is now headquarted in a modular office inside our Service Shop. To enter that office, park outside the double white gates at the rear of the building. Enter the shop overhead doors if open, otherwise enter through Door # 8, currently marked for Launch on Command access.
