Bella Vita is a 2004 Sea Ray 390 Sundancer that’s been well maintained & kept undercover.

She boasts twin Mercruiser 8.1L Horizon 370 HP (740 total HP) engines with 1,498 hours.  

The ship’s systems are powered by twin 30 amp shore power or the Kohler 7.3 kW generator with 1,924 hours.

This vessel is incredibly spacious with a 41’ LOA and 13’ 2” beam, which you will notice as soon as you step aboard. Her large swim platform area features a swim ladder, transom shower, and a convenient locker within the transom for dock lines, fenders, and other equipment. There is plenty of seating in the cockpit with a u-shaped lounge wrapped around a glossy wooden table with cupholders. Additionally, the cockpit features a wet-bar with refrigerator and a full isinglass enclosure. 

Her helm is fully loaded, equipped with Mercruiser SmartCraft display, Raymarine RN300 GPS, Raymarine RL80C Radar, Raymarine ST6001 Auto Pilot, Raymarine VHF, Clarion stereo controls, ACR spotlight remote, windlass controls, and trim tab switches. 

Below deck, her cabin features beautiful cherry wood cabinetry complimented by beige leather sofa cushions. The salon hosts a sofa & table along the starboard side. Aligned to the port side, her galley is furnished with a refrigerator, freezer, 2-burner stove, microwave, sink, and coffee maker. A centerline v-berth is found in the forward stateroom with additional sleeping quarters in the convertible aft lounge. There is a vacuflush toilet in the head with a separate shower stall. 

Both refrigerators in the cockpit & cabin were recently replaced.

Her slip at Concord Marina is transferable with purchase.
