Secure your boat in our heated, clean, accessible facility at a discounted rate for the upcoming storage season, giving prospective buyers for your boat the best opportunity to view and choose your boat for their boating adventures!

• Meet with our Staff and execute a Pier 33 Brokerage Listing Agreement prior to September 1.
• Receive a 20% Discount on Heated Indoor Storage.
• If your boat is successfully under contract or an in-winter sale has been completed by May 31, you will receive an Additional 10% Discount on the Yacht Brokerage commission.
• Pier 33 will determine where the boat will be positioned, according to size, style and other factors.
• Pier 33 reserves the right to decline this program due to apparent condition, accurate valuation and other factors.
• This program is exclusively for Pier 33 listings.

Outside brokers are not allowed access to boats that are not listed by Pier 33. If your boat is currently listed by another broker, please notify that broker and, if appropriate, transition your Central Listing to Pier 33 to take advantage of our Special Yacht Brokerage Storage Program.
