So, now we near the traditional start of summer. The boats are in and boating friends and families are ready to get back together. At Pier 33 and throughout the state, boaters are ready to go. Please do so with caution in mind. It must remain our ongoing focus to prevent spread of COVID-19 among our employees, families, neighbors and boaters, plus our communities at large.

For our boaters, we’ve posted some extra notices regarding Launch on Command and the Marine Restrooms. There are some procedures and suggestions there that will help keep our boaters and staff safe from virus transmission.

The important elements remain the same, as they do around your workplaces, the grocery store and other venues. Be comfortable wearing face covering. Avoid large gatherings. Keep six feet apart. Where dockers share a pier, allow make way for your neighbor and don’t pass on the pier. Wash your hands and sanitize frequently. Keep your own personal sanitization materials on board your boat.

You will see our staff masked and frequently gloved when performing tasks around the marina. Please respect social distancing needs with our staff. Our office, both Sales/Admin and Service are currently closed to the boating public. All communication that can be performed electronically, should be. For Parts & Accessory purchases, Pier 33 can provide curbside pick-up of your order.
