1996 Bayliner 3485 Avanti Express

The Bayliner 3485 Avanti carries a unique design above and below decks ... providing spaciousness and comfort throughout.

TOPSIDES

At the helm, find a contoured bucket helm seat, with stand up room at the wheel below the tall bimini top. To the portside is a long L-shaped lounge, with reversible backrest. Cockpit seating is completed by two removable bench seats, port and starboard in the aft cockpit.

A wet bar is tucked aft of the helm seat, starboard. The bimini top and camper top allow comfortable all-weather boating. A full transom door allows easy swim platform access. Two large deck hatches offer easy engine access.

DOWN BELOW

Enter the cabin through a bi-fold black Lexan door and hatchway, centerline.

The head compartment, with toilet, vanity and convenience shower is just at the base of the stairs, to starboard. Further forward is a nicely arranged galley, with ample cabinet storage, large sink & fridge and plenty of prep area. Opposite the galley, to port, is a large four-person booth-style dinette, convertible for extra sleeping for two.

Fully forward is a v-berth/lounge ... very comfortable for relaxing and conversation, useful for serving with an extra table insert and large, convenient and private enough to sleep two adults. Aft of the dinette is the private mid-cabin stateroom, with large double berth and upholstered headboard, double hanging locker and full stand-up changing area.

The entire cabin interior is trimmed in light ash. Forward lounge cushions and accents have been nicely updated. This express is much brighter inside than traditional designs ... with large cabin windows port & starboard, plus a forward window ... scattering plenty of light throughout.
